Takeaway Menu January/February ’21

We’ve put together a take-away menu initially for your lock-down grub. This menu has Asian inspired flavours which will be will be ready to eat (chilled/room temperature) or can be re-heated (in the microwave) until piping hot (4 to 5 minutes).

Available Thursday – Sunday 12 – 8 pm.

Please pre-order early to avoid disappointment or at least 6 hrs before. Collection will be from Red Onion Cafe or free delivery is available to Fishguard and Goodwick.

Soy Glazed Salmon with fresh herb cous-cous and charred croccoli.
Sticky Chilli Beef Noodles, steamed greens and spring onions.

Buddha Bowl. Satay chicken/tofu, baked squash, edamame beans, crispy chickpeas, rice and quinoa salad. Finished with zesty tahini dressing.

Jerk Cauliflower, coconut rice, kidney beans and green beans.

Baked Beetroot and kale salad with crispy apple and garlic dressing.
